Account Creation & Security

Accounts created with false information may be cancelled at any time, with no obligation to return any balance. Each user may hold only one account — multiple accounts under the same person are prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts may be permanently closed. A national ID or other valid identification may be required for account verification (KYC).
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share your password with anyone or allow third parties to access your account. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
While using the pk 2014 platform, you must comply with all applicable laws and refrain from any activity that disrupts other users' experience. Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software is strictly prohibited. Any deliberate attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage will result in immediate account closure. Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits will be treated as fraud.

- Harassing, intimidating, or abusing other users is not permitted.

Payment & Transaction Information (BDT)
All financial transactions on pk 2014 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

Accounts may also be suspended due to failed KYC verification or the submission of false information. Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may have temporary transaction restrictions applied, and the user will be asked to re-verify their identity.
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed. Users who self-exclude under our Responsible Gaming policy will have their accounts fully locked for the designated period and cannot be reactivated during that time.
Appeals & Complaints Process
If you believe your account has been suspended or closed unfairly, you may submit a written appeal to our customer support team. Severability & Entire Agreement
